Our Scenario Planning sessions are immersive, energising and designed to stretch your thinking. Each engagement includes:
- Pre-workshop alignment on your business goals and key uncertainties
- Guided development of multiple plausible future scenarios (as part of a longer session, not the shorter 90-minute option)
- Collective storytelling to build “future memory” and improve signal detection
- Iceberg analysis to uncover the deeper systems, beliefs and assumptions shaping the present
- Strategic stress-testing of your current direction
- Clear articulation of no-regret moves and early indicators
- Post-workshop report with recommendations, themes and action pathways
The process can be delivered as part of a strategy day (min. 90 mins), in a full-day format or spread across multiple sessions. For maximum benefit, we recommend a minimum of 1 day (7 hours) spread over 2 half-days and the ideal length for scenario planning is 3 full days (18 hours).
